About You: Previous experience working in a Customer Service or Support role is advantageous A keen attitude and desire to deliver outstanding customer service, with some experience in a relevant role or industry (e.g.
customer service, service/help desk, call centre, software applications support) An ability to troubleshoot general IT issues and/or ability to learn technical skills quickly Good time management skills, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly phone communication Reliable with a strong work ethic Either personal or professional qualifications in IT and/or software applications Reporting to the Helpdesk Team Lead, your main role will be as the first point of contact for our client base in assisting with day-to-day troubleshooting and enquiries There are plenty of opportunities to expand your skill set with additional sponsored training, should the successful candidate prove adept, capable and interested in the opportunity Entry level - no qualifications required, although preference is given to people who have some qualifications and/or experience Fluent in English, both written and verbal Legally authorized to work in Australia For further information about Wageloch , you can visit our website at: https://wageloch.com.au We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
