### Job Description

Plains GP Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Perth, Western Australia. ### Responsibilities

- **Customer Interaction**: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring accurate information is delivered in a friendly and professional manner.

- **Problem Resolution**: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product or service issues reported by customers. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to escalate and follow through on complex issues until resolution.

- **Product Knowledge**: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and insightful support. Participate in ongoing training sessions to keep up to date with new features and updates.

- **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support system. Ensure that all relevant details are captured for future reference and potential follow-ups.

- **Customer Follow-Up**: Proactively follow up with customers after an issue is resolved to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback about their experience.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Engineering, and Product Development to communicate recurring issues and provide insights that can help enhance our offerings.

- **Performance Metrics**: Strive to meet or exceed established performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. Regularly review your performance and seek feedback for continual improvement.

- **Team Support**: Contribute positively to team dynamics by sharing knowledge, tips, and resources. Assist in training new team members when necessary.

- **Presentations**: Prepare and present written and verbal reports on customer satisfaction trends and team performance in team meetings.

### Requirements

- **Experience**: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or service role, preferably within the technology or service industry.

- **Education**: A high school diploma is required; a degree in a related field would be a plus.

- **Skills**:
- Strong problem-solving capabilities to identify solutions effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written, to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

- **Personality Traits**:
- Highly motivated individual who demonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable and dependable, with a consistent record of punctuality and dedication to responsibilities.

- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is preferred. Basic technical understanding of products or services is an advantage.

- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
