The Opportunity: We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative at our Mackay branch to handle internal and external queries related to parts sales, orders, and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities: Check customer orders weekly to minimize lead times.Proactively suggest cost-saving measures for the Parts Operation.Follow company credit control policies.Develop knowledge of Komatsu's structure, policies, and safety regulations.Occasionally perform warehouse duties to enhance customer service.Maintain communication with CSRs and stay familiar with clients' needs.Provide backorder reports and delivery updates to clients.Assist colleagues with customer inquiries.Handle challenging situations professionally.Participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency.Promote Komatsu and its products positively.Train new staff and assist satellite branches as needed.Deliver exceptional customer service by processing orders promptly and supporting team processes.Location: Mackay
Roster: Monday to Friday
