The Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide guidance and technical support to aftermarket installers and trades staff across a wide range of products.
This includes phone and email support to wholesale and retail customers as well as the general public.
Responsibilities of the role will include: • Answer inbound support calls from customers • Gathering information to identifying the correct product and issue • Creating a service desk ticket on behalf of the customer • Determine the best course of action to assist the customer • Provide fast tracked resolution and technical support to customers • Manage the customer's expectations – advising of next steps to assist in resolving their needs Skills and Experience • Experience with inbound calls or customer facing enquiries • Friendly phone manner and exceptional presentation • Experience with office software, CRM, and ticketing systems essential • Knowledge of consumer electronics products (highly preferred) • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshot products.
