- **Documentation:**
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our database, ensuring that records are up-to-date and available for future reference.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet department goals and objectives, fostering a supportive and positive working environment.

- **Continuous Learning:**
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with product knowledge and customer service best practices.

### **Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support or related role, preferably in retail or e-commerce environments.

- **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident in communicating with customers and addressing their needs with assurance.
- Resourceful in identifying solutions to various customer service challenges.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong planning skills to manage workloads effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Innovative mindset that contributes to process improvements and enhances the overall customer experience.

- **Technical Proficiency:**
