The Role We are a highly successful, stable, and secure organisation looking to hire a Sales Support Administrator to join our brilliant Software Solutions team in Melbourne.
This role will be offered on a permanent full-time basis.
This is a fast-paced role that will keep you on your toes with no two days the same, and the ability to work within a fun and dynamic team.
You will provide outstanding customer service and administrative & sales support to our Software Solutions customers and internal sales teams.
Day-to-day, you will:  Communicate effectively by phone and email with a broad range of customers, internal sales teams and vendors.
Prepare quotes and process orders in an accurate and timely manner, working to strict SLAs.
Prepare excel reports for customers and management.
Customer portal pricing input and pricing maintenance.
Ensure up-to-date knowledge of software licensing.
Ensure customer and sales data is current and accurate.
Manage order ETAs and returns expeditiously.
Assist Account Executive/Managers with forecasting, account planning updates, and debtor management.
Maintain customer specific process and customer profiles and templates.
Escalate to Team Leader backorder and order fulfilment issues.
What we are looking for: Experience working in hospitality, retail or a customer service background.
A strong verbal and written communicator, dealing professionally with both internal staff and external customers.
Excellent organisation skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise tasks and time management skills to meet strict SLAs and deadlines.
Effective negotiation and problem resolution skills to achieve positive outcomes.
Ability to work in a team and also manage your own workload.
Someone who is motivated, proactive and has a positive attitude to their work, with the ability to pick up new information quickly.
Intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy, including experience with MS Office suite products, particularly Excel and Outlook.
