Customer Support Representative

The Opportunity This permanent full-time position is based in our Launceston branch and will be required on-site 5 days a week.
The core hours for this position are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday with no weekend roster.
You will be the central point of contact for all parts-related enquiries such as quotes, orders, status updates, dispatch, and organising deliveries.
This important role will assist the broader Parts and Service departments to maintain a high level of customer service.
