Predominantly servicing the needs of our mining customers, you will be the first point of contact for our company and the integral link for supporting our valued customers.
The role will provide holistic OEM customer and technical support for our valued mining customers, and your previous experience with off-highway electric drive haul trucks and hydraulic excavators will enable you to be successful in this customer-facing role.
About the Role Monitor works and pro-actively seek innovative ways to improve efficienciesMeet all individual and group project milestones according to schedule timelines.Manage client and supplier communications and relationshipsCo-ordinate warranty process for all warranty claimsManage Service Exchange repairs for all components.Plan major overhauls on Customers machinesConduct meetings with senior customers at regular intervals or as directedAbout you Relevant trade qualificationsExcellent customer service skillsSound technical knowledge of earthmoving equipmentSolid negotiation, communication and relationship skillsAnalytical and problem solving skillsSuitable mining experience with a good understanding of mining equipment planning maintenance scheduling – advantageousHere at Hitachi, we believe that success comes from the partnership of our market-leading products and the quality of our people.
