Predominantly servicing the needs of our mining customers, you will be the first point of contact for our company and the integral link for supporting our valued customers.
The role will provide holistic OEM customer and technical support for our valued mining customers, and your previous experience with off-highway electric drive haul trucks and hydraulic excavators will enable you to be successful in this customer-facing role.
About the Role Monitor works and pro-actively seek innovative ways to improve efficiencies Meet all individual and group project milestones according to schedule timelines. Manage client and supplier communications and relationships Co-ordinate warranty process for all warranty claims Manage Service Exchange repairs for all components. Plan major overhauls on Customers machines Conduct meetings with senior customers at regular intervals or as directed About you Relevant trade qualifications Excellent customer service skills Sound technical knowledge of earthmoving equipment Solid negotiation, communication and relationship skills Analytical and problem solving skills Suitable mining experience with a good understanding of mining equipment planning maintenance scheduling – advantageous Here at Hitachi, we believe that success comes from the partnership of our market-leading products and the quality of our people.
