Customer Support Representative

The Opportunity Engage with customers and expand your existing parts interpretation or mechanical knowledge as part of our Customer Support Centre in Welshpool. Assist Komatsu customers and collaborate with the wider Komatsu team as you support all queries regarding parts interpretation, quotes, sales orders and deliveries. Roster: Predictable 8 hour shifts between 0700-1900 weekdays, with 6 rostered weekends per year.
