**Job Description:**

First American Financial is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Brisbane. This part-time position is ideal for an individual with a passion for problem-solving and exceptional communication skills. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service while managing various inquiries and issues efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
- Identify and resolve customer issues by evaluating the situation, analyzing possible solutions, and implementing the most effective course of action.
- Document interactions and maintain detailed records of customer communications, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as technical support and sales, to escalate complex issues and advocate for the customer's needs.
- Strive to enhance customer satisfaction by actively listening to customer feedback and implementing improvements to service delivery where appropriate.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices to optimize their overall experience with our services.
- Monitor and analyze trends in customer inquiries to identify opportunities for product improvement and procedure enhancements.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Engage in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes, workflows, and overall customer experience.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering effective resolutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while being a proactive team player, contributing positively to team dynamics.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to quickly adapt to new software applications.
- An enthusiastic and hardworking attitude driven by motivation to succeed and excel in customer service.
