3. **Issue Resolution**: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex situations to the appropriate team members while maintaining clear communication with the customer throughout the process.
4. **Data Entry and Management**: Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our CRM system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and correct.
5. **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and report insights to assist in improving products and services.
6. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. **Training Participation**: Engage in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
8. **Adhere to Policies**: Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines while handling customer interactions.
9. **Continual Improvement**: Actively participate in team meetings and suggest improvements to service workflows and processes.
10. **Performance Metrics**: Strive to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution rates.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in customer service or communications is a plus.
