Customer Support Officer - Work From Home

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Customer Support Officer to join our team at Pushpay. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Melbourne, Victoria. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently3.
