About the Role This role exists within Fulfilment and Servicing to deliver exceptional customer service to our existing (Releases) customer network. The Releases function handles the timely completion of Home Loan Partial and Full Release matters for our existing customer base. This Customer Support Officer role encompasses: Review, investigation and finalisation of Partial and Full Release matters Effecting settlements in PEXA or via FMS for paper settlements Completion of data entry and workflow activities Review and updating of new to Suncorp Bank banking accounts where required Timely completion of reporting activities as required Identification and reporting of errors and incidents Maintain required benchmark efficiencies and error rates through agreed throughput with leader Any other tasks as advised by Leader What will your day look like? As a Customer Support Officer, your accountabilities include: High attention to detail with regards to data quality, making sure that first-time execution is a focus when completing all tasks Advanced communication skills both verbal and written for team, department or external, conveying this coherently and confidently Timely actioning and completion of tasks to meet agreed service level agreement Completion of regulatory and company compliance through computer-based training courses being completed on time Identify case management initiatives as required, develop and then communicate to team Embrace Suncorp Bank Compass and culture and demonstrate these behaviours consistently Support Banking and Wealth in projects and deliverables Develop and foster an environment and team culture Drive a positive risk and governance culture. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Strong industry experience, Desired Demonstrable experience with operational processes and systems (e.g. CBP, Hogan, Sunlink, Allfi etc) – Desired Experience in roles requiring high levels of detail attention and risk Experience dealing with stakeholders both internal and external Customer Service experience (Store or Contact Centre) You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
