As part of the ANZ Group, when you apply to join Suncorp Bank, you'll be directed to ANZ systems and receive correspondence and notifications from ANZ as part of the recruitment process.About the RoleAs a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our new and existing customer network through the timely fulfilment of construction loans.What will your day look like?As a Customer Support Officer, you will:Review, investigate and case manage construction/progress funding mattersMaintain and update customer information in various Suncorp Bank systemsValidate documentation, receipts and invoices prior to payments being madeProcess payments to customers, builders, vendors and suppliers at various stages of constructionLiaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders throughout the construction processTimely completion of ledger reporting activities as requiredIdentification and reporting of errors and incidentsMaintain required benchmark efficiencies and error rates through agreed throughput with leaderTimely completion of tasks to meet agreed service level agreementContinuously challenging 'what we do' and working to improve team's service delivery, quality and efficiencyWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Banking/lending experience is mandatoryHigh attention to detail with regards to data qualityAdvanced communication skills both verbal and written for team, department or externalStrong computer skills across a range of systems (e.g. CBP, AOL, Hogan, Allfi etc)A willingness to learn and strive to succeedYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
