As a Customer Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms, ensuring all communication remains professional and empathetic.
- Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions in line with Suncorp's policies and procedures.

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify customer issues and inquiries, taking ownership of problems and following through until resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff or specialized departments when necessary.

- **Product Knowledge:**
- Develop a thorough understanding of Suncorp products and services to effectively address customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Stay updated on current promotions, changes in policies, and updates to services to ensure customers receive relevant information.

- **Data Management:**
- Accurately log customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members to share knowledge, address challenges, and improve overall customer support processes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.

- **Training and Development:**
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Provide feedback on training materials based on customer interactions to help improve training resources.

**Requirements:**

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in the finance or insurance industry.
