Job Description:
eBay is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to eBay users, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of dedication, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate and timely assistance.
2. Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members when necessary.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
