Your new role awaits… Coates National Operations Centre is based at our head office in Mascot and is comprised of Digital and Outbound Customer Support Officers.
Our Outbound Officers support Coates sales teams around the country by participating in various campaigns.
Your day will include: Following up with customers on previous sales, quotes, and account enquiries Sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing new leads to enhance revenue pipeline Providing superior customer service with ability to build rapport and trust Following campaign briefs and supporting the customer journey to achieve desired campaign results Prior to servicing customers, you'll receive comprehensive training to equip you to deliver a seamless experience for our customers.
What you'll bring to the role Our amazing team is comprised of people who came from a variety of industries and backgrounds, such as internal sales, account management, and customer care & support centres.
What they all have in common, is their focus on ensuring the customer experience always exceeds expectations.
