Customer Support Officer

Based in Canning Vale, you will join a team that provides the first point of contact for key services from APM Communities, Government departments, and/or other community services providers.

The aim of this role is to match enquiries to need and connect customers with appropriate services, book appointments, and maintain relevant databases and records systems.
