What you will do As a Customer Support Officer, you flex your communication style to respond to many different types of people. You'll help to troubleshoot and solve customer problems effectively while demonstrating empathy and understanding towards customer concerns. Maintain clean and updated data in CRM systems and utilize customer support experience across email, chat, or phone interactions, both inbound and outbound.
You'll assist with:
Account enquiries and document any customer details in the CRMAccount detail adjustmentsInbound vendor or merchants' enquiriesGeneral enquiries / no account enquiriesProcess payments and document any payment promises or arrangements in the systemAssist with troubleshooting basic IT or application issuesWithdrawals & cancellationsWhat You'll Bring You have a passion for all-things customer support and have experience in a similar role. You are proficient in providing customer support via email, chat, or phone, both inbound and outbound.Excellent communication skills: Strong communication skills are crucial. This includes verbal and written communication, as well as active listening and empathy.Problem-solving abilities: You have the capability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.Empathy and understanding: You can empathize with customers and understand their perspectives.Familiarity with CRM systems: You have used or are familiar with maintaining clean and updated data in CRM systems.Adaptability and flexibility: You are at the ready to handle various customer inquiries and adapt to different situations.Ability to work towards targets: Capability to meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs consistently.Attention to detail at top-level with the ability to accurately and thoroughly record information and data.Resilience and patience: You are able to stay calm and patient, especially when handling challenging situations or complaints.Benefits We're committed to building a culture where our people can thrive, both professionally and personally.
