Davies Stewart are proud be partnering with their client Wine Energy to recruit a Customer Support Officer.
Founded in 2008, Wine Energy Pty Ltd is an integral part of the Australian wine industry and is one of the most pre-eminent suppliers of winemaking equipment to Australian wine growers.
Working remotely with one day office based, this newly created role will initially be offered as a three month temporary position with the opportunity to convert to a permanent position.
Hours are 25 hours per week spread across 5 days.

Company Phone & Mac Computer Duties & Responsibilities: Handling customer queries via emails and calls.
Assist customers with product selection/ machinery parts.
Provide assistance to the General Manager.
Identify customer needs and work to find a solution or to fulfill their requirement.
Multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Maintain a customer-focused organisation by ensuring all visitors and customers are dealt with efficiently and courteously.
Handling management of customer complaints and providing alternative solutions.
Skills & Experience: Must be customer and solution oriented.
Have relevant experience within customer service.
Ability to problem solve and solution focused High level of interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
