Job Description:

Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively- Document customer interactions and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements:- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment- Driven and goal-oriented individual with a passion for customer service- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Cooperative and able to work collaboratively with others- Strong strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
