About The Role We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Officer. The Customer Support Officer handles the investigation and resolution of claims related to People and Services, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. This includes managing complaints, GSLs, escalated inquiries, retailer concerns, and all ombudsman-related matters and referrals, in line with Essential Energy's guidelines.
This role can work from home with the possibility of some travel across the Essential Energy footprint as appropriate for connection and collaboration purposes.
