Scoresby Location $70,000 + super (Pending Experience) About Our Client Our client is a leading name in the manufacturing industry.With a strong global presence and a commitment to innovation and quality, they deliver exceptional products and services that meets the diverse needs of their clientele.This is a chance to join a reputable organisation that values customer satisfaction and professional growth.Job Description Reporting to the Customer Service Manager this role responsibilities includes but is not limited to: Handling inbound and outbound calls for pre- and post-sale customer inquiries.Entering service requests into the in-house system.Resolving and processing all consumer inquiries and requests in a professional manner.Accurately inputting orders into the in-house systems.Communicating effectively with both external and internal customers at all levels.Understanding spare part diagrams and coordinating with relevant personnel to identify and deliver parts swiftly.Monitoring the delivery status of spare part orders in coordination with the factory logistics team.Creating quotations for all accessories, consumables, and spare parts for clients.Managing all warranty-related requests and data recording.Communicating effectively with both external and internal customers at all levels.Assisting in adhoc duties when required.The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, enabling you to engage and communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.You will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel to manage tasks efficiently.The ability to set priorities, meet predetermined deadlines, and multitask effectively is essential, showcasing your capability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining high standards of work.Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a positive, people-oriented attitude with strong teamwork skills, enjoying collaborative efforts and contributing to a positive working culture.What's on Offer - Scoresby Location - 4 days on site, 1 day Working From Home - Global leader in Manufacturing with strong Australian Presence - $70,000 + Super package (pending experience)
