Your opportunityAs a Customer Support Officer, you'll support and empower clients of all backgrounds.
Working side by side with people who go the extra mile, you'll also love the feeling of helping children and adults who need us.
Here's how you'll do it:• You'll manage outbound service calls and deal with inbound enquiries• You'll liaise extensively with our clients, many of whom are elderly and come from multicultural & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds• You'll work daily with a computerized client database and electronic appointment booking system• You'll also be responsible for a wide variety of administration tasks including data entry and records management.
What you'll bringWe believe the successful candidate will thrive in a client-centered environment where they can provide exceptional and friendly service in conjunction with managing complex medical administration.
You'll bring:
• Excellent communication skills with the ability and interest to develop great relationships with our clients and the general public• Passion for providing exceptional customer service in every interaction• Previous experience in sales, customer service or in a Call Centre – ideal but not essential• Experience in a variety of office administration tasks and enthusiasm to learn more of the complex aspects of our business• An ability to work with limited supervision & demonstrate initiative when managing day-to-day responsibilities.• Confidence in using computers & learning new programs/applications.
