Job Description:

Brambles Limited, a leading supply chain logistics company, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, adaptable, and possess strong soft skills in strategic planning and presentation.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer support processes.5. Assist with strategic planning for customer engagement initiatives.6. Deliver presentations to both internal teams and external clients.7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
