Hudson Au

Details of the offer

About the Role: Are you looking to launch your career in a vibrant, international company that's new to Brisbane? We're a well-established organisation across Europe who is growing, now starting our exciting journey in Australia. We're seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives who are ready to grow with us and become integral members of our founding Melbourne team.
The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the initial point of contact for our existing customers, providing top-tier support and building strong relationships. You will assist customers with any inquiries they have regarding our subscription services, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer care. This position is focused on support rather than sales, and does not involve cold calling. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the knowledge needed to effectively address and resolve customer questions.

Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. This involves no cold calls; all client interactions are inbound or with existing clients to deepen relationships. Information Verification: Carefully validate information provided by clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Consultative Skills: Employ consultative skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with our products and services. Training and Development: Receive comprehensive training on our systems, processes, and customer management techniques to ensure you are fully equipped to meet client needs. Team Collaboration: Work within a supportive team environment where collaboration is encouraged, contributing to the team's and your personal success. Career Progression: Take advantage of significant career development opportunities within the company. As we grow, you'll have the chance to advance into roles in HR, finance, operations, and more. Requirements: High school diploma required; further education or certifications in customer service are a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and adaptable approach to work. What We Offer: A role within an established international company with new operations in Melbourne, offering a chance to be part of our foundational team. A dynamic work environment where your contributions are valued and rewarded. Extensive training and development programs to help you acquire invaluable skills across various aspects of our business. Excellent career progression opportunities as our local operations expand. A competitive salary and benefits package, with additional performance-based incentives. How to Apply: If you are driven, customer-focused, and eager to be part of a growing company, we would love to hear from you.
