The next step in your career starts here… Permanent full-time position 7am – 3pm, Monday – Friday with rotating weekend work (opportunity for penalty rates!) Coates National Operations Centre is based at our head office in Mascot and is comprised of Digital (Inbound) and Outbound Customer Support Officers. This position is with our Digital team and is focused on inbound customer enquiries via online channels, such as email and our website. Your day will include: Providing customers with product and service information Compiling quotes, upselling and cross-selling to convert opportunities into sales Liaising with our branch network to source equipment for customers Logistics support for equipment deliveries, transfers, and pick-ups Prior to servicing customers, you'll receive comprehensive training to equip you to deliver a seamless experience for our customers.
