The roleThe Connections Support Officer is a full-time 12-month fixed term contract opportunity that provides high quality customer support to South East Water's customers, primarily through the use of telephone, email and some face to face communication.
The primary role is to assist customers with queries relating to asset information and water and sewer connection requirements to South East Water assets.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing expertise and direction to customers, to ensure the protection of South East Water assets under the current water and servicing guidelines.Contribute to processing of Size Depth and Offsets and Property Sewer Plans.Provide technical advice to customers and other business areas relating to Sewer & Water servicing requirements, asset protection.Management of online functions, including tapping and meter bookings.Interpret Asset and Property Sewerage Plan information, provide asset locations and report missing sewer points.Who are you?To be successful in this position, you will have skills and experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate:
