This position is responsible for providing accurate and appropriate responses to customer enquiries and issues. You will service internal and external customers via front counters, perform call centre operations, and handle electronic or written correspondence to Council, preparing requests for action by Council business units.The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to understand and negotiate solutions in a timely manner.
