Rewarding role leading our sales, resident admissions and admin function.
Full time Monday to Friday, supporting three of our care communities located in Kew and Camberwell.

Role requirements and responsibilities:
Based @ Kew and Camberwell.
Experience in Hotel / Duty or Property Management is welcome.
Management of customer enquiries, conduction of site tours.
Management of sales pipeline to improve conversion rates.
Implementing sales programs to improve uptake of additional services.
Monitoring service standards and customer feedback.
Reception and other administration duties where required.
