Here you will find a positive and enriching team culture where you will be able to develop and grow your skills in a fast-paced environment.The roleThe Customer Support Manager is responsible for leading the customer support team, training staff members to provide the highest standards of customer service to our customers and sales teams and ensuring that the teams work aligns with the companies' values and mission.You will be responsible for ensuring all customer service issues are responded to in a timely manner and that all facets of the customer support process are completed daily. Such as management of loan set bookings, consignments, backorders, price holds and that all orders are dispatched on time, in full and accurately.As the Customer Support Manager, you will also be responsible for coordinating the loaned instruments within the hospitals, as well as, inspecting, packaging, sterilizing and distributing instruments used for surgical procedures, including checking and coordinating instruments loan sets across all surgical specialties; liaising with medical companies, other healthcare providers and nurse managers; ensuring completeness of all sets on receiving and dispatch on a strict deadline; processing instruments efficiently and timely, and manage documentation effectively.Customer Support is the heart of Endotherapeutics. Your role is the connection between Endotherapeutics Sales Teams, Hospitals, and Healthcare Networks and online consumers. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, and responding promptly to customer inquiries is pivotal to our success. We communicate with customers through various channels, acknowledging and resolving customer enquiries. This skill set includes active listening, problem-solving and communication.We are looking for a team player, that is passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving brand loyalty, and increasing customer engagement. You will be given accountability and be encouraged to fulfill your responsibilities as required daily. You must have high attention to detail with a key focus on accuracy, problem solving and organisational skills.About youEducation: Degree level qualification or other relevant tertiary qualificationExperience: Proven experience and success in a customer support role, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacityExperience with large ERP systems for sales order and inventory managementA highly motivated and positive attitudeOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsExcellent leadership and interpersonal skillsGreat organisational and time management skillsCapacity to prioritise and delegate tasksHigh attention to detailStrong team playerAttention to detail in all aspects of your role.Professional and well presentedIf this sounds like you, click apply now!
