What you'll doIn this position, you will assist our customers with questions they have regarding our solar design tool. Your goal will be to respond to customer enquiries received via live chat in an accurate and timely manner, and escalate where appropriate. This is your opportunity to engage with thousands of solar installer and retailers in the renewable and solar sector.
