Reporting to the Construction Business Manager, the Customer Support Manager is responsible for the effective day-to-day product support, parts and services sales activities for an existing customer base to assist with the promise of lower total cost of ownership.
The CSM will provide support to the Construction Business Manager as required, whilst working closely with the Account Managers to ensure the seamless provision of service to the customer.
They will manage a designated group of customers ensuring parts and service sales growth and is directly accountable for achieving market share outcomes.
Location: Perth Branch, Reid Road, WA
Roster: Monday - Friday, 8hrs (Full-Time Permanent)
