Job Description:
AutoZone is currently seeking a motivated and confident Customer Support Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer support and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to deliver outstanding customer service- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and efficiency- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution- Monitor customer feedback and create action plans for improvement- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Train and mentor customer support staff to enhance their skills and performance- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, clients, and partners
