Job Description:

Morgan Stanley is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a Customer Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer support and a proven track record of managing and leading a team.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the customer support team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
2. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.
3. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
4. Monitor customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
6. Analyze customer support data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
8. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Proven ability to solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
6. Independent and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
7. Strong people management skills and emotional intelligence.
8. Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
