As the Customer Support Manager, you will grow our business by leveraging your existing relationships and developing new relationships through social engagement activities to promote the Care Community.
Role requirements and responsibilities: Based @ Applecross Shore Care CommunityExperience in Hotel / Duty or Property Management is welcomeManagement of customer enquiries, conduction of site toursManagement of sales pipeline to improve conversion ratesImplementing sales programs to improve uptake of additional servicesMonitoring service standards and customer feedbackReception and other administration duties where requiredYou are: Passionate and driven about doing work that matters, creating a positive influence in an environment that values meaningful lifeA capable and empathetic leader who can confidently direct and lead teams to develop capability and achieve high-quality outcomesEngaging and collaborative, bringing energy and enthusiasm for working with families and colleagues, dailyAt Opal HealthCare we are dedicated to our purpose to bring joy to those we care for.
