We're seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our Support team based in our stunning   Stapylton Support Office!
A fully transparent salary structure starting at -  $60.8K , increases to $62.2K at 6 months.

The Opportunity  We're seeking a motivated and collaborative person to join our Support team, to ensure the  smooth running of our client accounts.
Working in a friendly and dynamic team, you will communicate with our clients and sales reps via phone and email to ensure orders and deliveries and processed easily and efficiently.
In return, we will provide you with training,  growth and career development!
You will be responsible for Communicating directly with customers via phone and email  Raising orders and reviewing if additional items are needed Scheduling deliveries to the client/location Updating existing orders in line with stock arrival dates Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure smooth delivery Problem-solving issues and resolving them in a timely manner  To be successful in the role you will Have an eagerness to learn and grow Have great organisational skills and the ability to multi-task Work collaboratively in a team environment Have problem-solving skills Have computer literacy skills Have computer literacy including experience using Microsoft Office products Be a good communicator Why join us?
