Description
Are you passionate about customer operations and looking for a leadership opportunity in a technology business?
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for our next Customer Support & Fulfillment Manager to join our team and help our clients achieve the best outcomes with our range of products.
Our technology solutions aid the legal, financial, and government space, so if those industries are of interest, this role is for you!This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane office 4 days a week and will be reporting to the Managing Director.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will contribute to the implementation of process improvements and new client initiatives, with a continual focus on optimisation while ensuring compliance.You will manage the team throughout the entire employee life cycle and support their growth ambitions and development.You will support Managers and Team Leaders to ensure skills matrices, training, and development plans are maintained to minimise the risk of single points of dependency.You will cascade communication from leaders to ensure key messages regarding organisational vision and objectives are in alignment with team goals.You will uphold the effective management and implementation of Business Continuity Planning (BCP).You will undertake reporting and present findings to leaders to ensure clarity and visibility.
ABOUT YOU
We know you will have a wide range of skills and experience, but we think the most important to thrive in this role would be:A track record of successful leadership in a manager role, within a customer operations function (workflow and people management).Experience presenting to and collaborating with senior leaders, to align high-level business objectives.Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to optimise and uplift current ways of working.A deep passion and commitment towards creating the best customer experience.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team under pressure while upholding quality standards.Experience managing and growing key client relationships.Experience within the legal, technology, or property industry is desirable but not a requirement.
