About the job:
Votiko is seeking a customer service representative who can interact with our customers and provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. You will also deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.
Location:
Surat, Gujarat
Salary:
?20,000 to ?70,000/month
Working Days:
Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)
Responsibilities:
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
Work on computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
Learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Make a report for each call.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Any Graduate
3+ years of overall experience in international calling
Excellent knowledge of English
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
