You will also deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.Location: Surat, GujaratSalary: ?20,000 to ?70,000/monthWorking Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)Responsibilities:Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.Work on computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.Learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.Make a report for each call.Requirements:Qualifications: Any Graduate3+ years of overall experience in international callingExcellent knowledge of EnglishGood knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systemsAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsWho We Are:Votiko is a digital marketing and technology solutions company.
