Calling all High End Knock Down Rebuild Pre-Site Customer Support…ONCE IN A LIFETIME KDRB SPECIALIST ROLE!

Based in our fun, family environment Mount Waverley Head Office, work within the busy Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team supporting our High End Knock Down Rebuild customers through their pre build process. You will also work closely internally with Drafting, Estimating, Studio M and Permits to get them to site and do a handover with the build team.
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Effectively manage your customer expectations and ensure they are aware on the status of their home during the pre-construction processDeliver exceptional customer service, build and maintain customer relationshipsContinuously providing updates to your customersMaintain a high degree of accuracy recording customer project detailsLiaising with drafting, estimating, studio and external suppliers and coordinate client variations when requiredEnsuring customer quality control through professional communications, maintaining data entry and executing report compilationConsistently develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clientsAssist with all Customer Support related tasks.Metricon will offer you:

Experience working within an account management or customer management focused role ideally within residential building or similarExperience in understanding residential construction contracts and plans is ESSENTIALProven experience in being a member of a successful, dynamic, multi-channel and results focused customer service team with a passion for customer service excellenceProven ability to trouble-shoot and effectively meet deadlines in order to meet established performance standardsAbility to clearly identify client needs and generate solutions to suit both the customer and employeesIntermediate Microsoft WORD and EXCEL computer skillsHighly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activitiesIf you feel you have the knowledge, skills and experience to excel in this role, then apply with your Cover Letter and Resume.
