Temporary 3 month Contract with Possibility to Extend $37 per hour + superranuation About Our Client Our client is a Australian leader in the insurance space, that is backed by one of the most recognisable and high performing membership bodies.
This opportunity is due to growth within the team and will be a temporary, full-time role for a minimum duration of 3 months with possibility to extend.
Location,Richmond.
Job Description Reporting to the Client Services Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to: Assisting current and potential members with general enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Answering all inbound communication from members and third parties via phone and e-mail.
Utilising CRM, Excel and data entry to accurately record information.
Maintaining high compliance of company's regulations and adhere to the membership processes.
Strengthening and building customer relationships through promptly actioning requests.
General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant We are looking for a candidate with excellent communications skills to join the hardworking team as a Customer Support Coordinator.
You will need to demonstrate a high attention to detail and be able to keep members informed about the status of their claim.
This is a fast-paced inbound role and one where you will be challenged every day.
This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours in Richmond, working 5 days on site.

$37 Per Hour Plus Superannuation.
