About the role: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 09:00 - 17:00 pmEnsure the sales and admissions processConduct toursBuild meaningful relationships with internal & external stakeholdersSupport the implementation of approved marketing eventsAssist with processing of fortnightly staff payrollAccounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash, and invoicingAssist with client services and general enquiriesAssistance with recruitment processes including drafting employment contractsReception and other administration duties where requiredManage team rosters and timesheetsAt Opal HealthCare we are dedicated to our purpose to bring joy to those we care for.
