About the Role
Business Banking Operations has the operational accountability for the end-to-end processing of Business Banking loans including for Commercial, Agribusiness, Property and Small to Medium Enterprise customers and Deposit Accounts. This role is responsible for onboarding non-personal customers via Business Online Origination channel. This will also include maintaining and enhancing data quality within Business Banking including account openings, processes, and enquiries.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Tertiary qualifications – Desired but not essential
Banking professional and/or institutional knowledge pertaining to the finance industry or business lending in Australia (mandatory).
Working knowledge of business customer entity structures.
In-depth experience in KYC (desirable).
Experience in administration in a fast-paced environment, including a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
