Customer Support Consultant (Install)

Job Description Reporting into the Operations Support Manager and Customer Support & Admin Team Leader, the Customer Support Consultant (Install) is responsible for the provision of exceptional customer service and efficient support of administrative functions for the national Winning Services Installation business.
These functions are the key to seamless communication and installation planning between Winning Group Sales teams, the DC, our Installation teams and our Customers.
Handle phone and email inquiries from Installers, Customers, and Sales teams.
Manage installation orders in Navision ERP.
Coordinate with State Install Managers to schedule/rebook installations.
Process changes and special requests, ensuring communication with stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and inventory for audits.
Record stock and resource movements (receipts, dispatch, returns) in Navision.
Collaborate with teams to resolve outstanding returns/SROs.
Uphold high standards of customer service.
Provide scheduling support for commercial teams (bulk deliveries).
Resolve customer queries or escalate as needed.
Qualifications 3+ years in customer support/administration.
Strong data entry skills with a customer service focus.
Experience with ERP systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Email or Google Suite.
Professional, customer-focused, and committed to quality service.
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Accurate data entry and record keeping.
Team player, able to work independently.
Experience in trade, maintenance, supply chain, or distribution support is a plus.
Additional Information Permanent full-time position.  Monday - Friday with flexible start and finish times! 7:00am - 3:00pm, 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm.
