The Customer Support Consultant position entails answering real-time inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting weekly service and sales KPIs. - Wow our customers with exceptional knowledge of products and services. Make every interaction memorable. - Smash weekly goals by hitting KPIs like a pro; calls, chats, revenue and customer satisfaction so you can get those well-deserved bonuses.  - Handle escalations like a pro, directing them to the very best solutions. - Be the bridge between customers and manufacturers, building meaningful relationships from every angle.  - Elevate your skills with daily training, master product knowledge, and streamline processes.
