The role As a Customer Support Consultant, you will handle interactions with our existing customers and proactively support them through their customer journey.
You will play a crucial role in actively promoting our brand to our customers by ensuring they receive the highest quality of service.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to sharpen your communication and problem-solving skills and leave work each day knowing that you made a difference to our customers, in their time of need.
Hours and Availability A Permanent Full-Time role is on offer for you!
You will need the availability to work a rotating roster between Monday-Saturday.
Monday-Friday rotating rosters between 7.00am – 6.00pm.
Work up to 1 Saturday every 3 or 4 weeks What experience you'll bring Energetic 'can do' attitude, with an eagerness to learn; Desire to help every customer, making their lives easier; Ability to have a quality conversation and quickly build connections; Ability to navigate multiple systems and enjoy using technology; Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment with set goals; A love for being part of an inclusive team and building relationships; Problem solving excellence, able to resolve complex customer enquiries.
