We are seeking a technically minded Customer Support Consultant to join a growing management system company in their brand new office in the Docklands, Melbourne.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for a very diverse customer and client base.You will be assisting with setting up new hardware, troubleshooting and providing technical support, general database management/data entry and triaging calls.Full-time permanent position  $65-$70k + super  Docklands location  Monday - Friday 7am-3pm  5 recharge days per year  Potential for some WFH after probation   If successful, you will work for an agile company where you can add value and be part of this exciting growth period.Although they have been around for just under 10 years, our client is is still fueled by the energy of a start-up, coupled with the stability of an established business.Experience:  Previous experience in a fast paced customer service/support role Tech savvy/technically minded  Confident building rapport with people from all walks of life over the phone Strong time management skills even when in high pressure situations  Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Previous experience in a point of sale role is a huge advantage  If successful, you will need to have/acquire a Working with Children's Check and National Police Check.If this is ticking your boxes, please click APPLY below and submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you would be a great fit for this position.For a confidential discussion contact  Ella Anderson  on 0498 134 107 - SMAART Recruitment.
