The Customer Support Consultant position entails answering real-time inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting weekly service and sales KPIs.
Providing a high level of customer service to our customers with exceptional knowledge of our products, services, processes and systems. Exceeding weekly targets by achieving KPIs for calls, chats, revenue and customer satisfaction. Prioritization of customer service when complaints arise, and refer them to the correct escalations department. Liaise with manufacturers on behalf of customers and uphold positive. relationships with suppliers. Involvement in daily stand up training to increase knowledge in products and processes.
